The subconscious mind is the place where beliefs and values live inside of us all. The subconscious mind is powerful. Only when we are able to change our beliefs and attitudes, can we change our actions.

  • People choose hypnosis for a wide variety of reasons. Hypnosis is a tool that can help people make significant shifts in their mindset and profoundly change patterns of behavior.

Feeling hung up on the past, long-term doubts, feeling unable to make a choice, procrastination, social anxiety, writer’s block, burnout recovery or simply feeling unmotivated are areas where I love to offer my services.

  • For my clients, hypnosis feels good. It feels very relaxing and cozy to get hypnotized.

Hypnosis feels like the best savasana after the hardest yoga class. It feels like the sweetest, most needed Saturday afternoon nap before going out for dinner with friends. When experiencing hypnosis, my clients can choose to sit in a reclined state, on a heated massage table or even find a supportive position on a yoga mat with props and blocks.

  • Hypnosis sessions can last between 60-90 minutes.

After a thorough check in, you and I will begin an assessment of the issue you are calling forth. You will determine how you want me to help you approach the issue and the supportive messages I will communicate to your subconscious mind.

Once you feel good about that, you will get into a comfortable position that works for you. I will lead you into a hypnotic relaxation that can include guided imagery and body scans. The hypnotic part of the session will be different for everyone and can last between 25-40 minutes.

To end, I will guide you out of hypnosis and we can take some time to gently debrief and collaborate around next steps.
